Shopping list
- 250g medium egg noodles
- 1 red pepper
- 2 pak choi
- 100g green beans
- 100g bean sprouts
- 20g sesame seeds
- ½ bunch coriander
- 50ml sesame oil
- 150ml sweet chili sauce
- 30ml sweet soy sauce
Step 1
Place the noodles in a pan, cover with boiling water and leave for 15 minutes, then drain and allow to cool.

Step 2
Prepare the vegetables: chop the bottom off the pak choi and separate the leaves, chop the coriander, trim the beans, and finely slice the peppers and onion
Step 3
Heat the sesame oil in a wok, fry the vegetables on a high heat until they are tender crisp

Step 4
Combine the vegetables, noodles, sweet chili sauce, sesame seeds and half the coriander. Garnish with the sweet soy sauce and the remaining coriander. Serve cold and enjoy
