Thrive App
The Thrive app provides a discreet and accessible way to check in on mental wellbeing daily, with a focus on detecting symptoms of anxiety, depression, or stress. If Thrive detects symptoms of mental health conditions, a therapist will proactively reach out via the app, inviting individuals to connect through messaging, phone, or video calls—all in complete confidentiality.
We encourage employees to explore Thrive’s Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) programme, which is designed to help build resilience by reshaping thought and behaviour patterns. The programme is easy to follow at a self-guided pace and unlocks new tools and resources as users progress.
Additional in-app resources include evidence-based techniques like meditation, calm breathing, and deep muscle relaxation—proven methods to help manage stress and promote wellbeing.
