With six free 1-1 sessions included in your membership, whether you’re worried about weight, fitness, nutrition, anxiety, or sleep, our coaches are here to guide you. We offer five variations of 1-1 sessions based on these differing goals, all with the aim to increase your health, strength, and confidence.
In your 1-1 session, you’ll sit down with your chosen fitness coach and talk through your goals. Discover which sessions can help you stay on track and achieve long-term positive change.

I’ll use a holistic approach to create a deep understanding of your goals. I believe that taking into account your lifestyle and priorities will help you create goals that you can stick to, which is why I specialise in lifestyle coaching.

Alongside my experiences as a sportsman, my sport science and injury rehabilitation studies have provided me with the tools I need to get you from A to B in the most efficient and enjoyable way possible. Whether your goals are recovery related, fitness related, or both, I will do everything possible to assist you on your journey.

Competing as a high-level Gymnast has equipped me with the skills necessary to take your workouts to new heights and go one step further in your training goals. I know that being your best self isn’t just about physical training. I’ll also help you build a healthy relationship with your daily nutrition.
